Q. How durable is the thin client product?
A.The product subjected to test using Bellcore Issue 6 TR-332, Case 2, Part I at 40°C resulted more than 100,000 hours of service. Added to that we offer One Year Warranty.

Q. Do you have a minimum order requirement?
A. No, we dont have a minimum order requirement.

Q. Do you provide product demonstration?
A. Yes, we do provide actual product demonstration upon request.

Q. Would it be slower, if there are many thin clients connected to the host PC.
A. Depending on the host PC specifications (see System Requirements). Standard Office Applications such as Word Processors, Spreadsheets which does not require too much graphic processing would run almost as fast as the Host PC.

Q. Can we share CD-ROM drives and Printers.
A. Yes, CD-ROM and Printers connected to the host PC can be shared.
